Early to bed, early to rise

Why is it important to go to bed early?

Go to bed and get up early is important because in this way the body rests more, humans must sleep eight hours a day for energy throughout the day, but usually after eating gives us slumb, so we took a nap for an hour or so, this is good because then we prevent cardiac complications. To bed early, we can prevent many diseases such as feeling irritable, memory problems, depression, and insomnia accidents or falls. To sleep well we can take hot drinks, bathing with hot water, turn off the TV, do quiet activities falling faster sleep.
.
To be tired at night and get enough sleep, we should do different activities during the day so that when we go to sleep it cost less. What kind of activities? Exercise, work, hang out with friends, the idea is to stay busy. To sleep well we should properly eat before bed, as bananas, oats, honey, hot milk, chicken, potatoes, flax seeds, almonds, whole wheat bread or chamomile tea these foods promote sleep and rest better than a sleeping pill.

Every night I drink tea and read a book that helps me sleep because I get tired of the view and so I sleep better, sometimes reading a book is not good because it can be very interesting and we want to finish it. I know people who sometimes do not sleep because they have to work, study or do projects late, sso if they sleep it were like 3 or 4 hours that is not good because if they do it very often they may suffer from cardiovascular disease. We must be careful with our body and when we are young to prevent disease and not regret when we're older.

Things you could do to sleep well:
